Dr. Silver is a certified hypnotherapist, Reiki master, licensed minister, numerologist, and psychic medium. She received her Doctorate in Metaphysical Philosophy in 2005, and has helped children and adults alike since 1986.

She was born in London, England, as a first born child. Although she soon was introduced to a brother and sister, Dr. Silver's parents divorced when she was eight. "My life definitely took a turn for the better," she reflects.

Living with her mom and sister, as a child Sheree attended a school 1 1/2 hours from her house. "I had to ride two trains and finally a bus to get to school," she remarks. She left her house at 7:30 am and returned at 6:00.

According to Dr. Silver, the highlight of her childhood was her vacations; at 12, her mother and stepfather started attending the Spiritual Association of Great Britain (SAGB). Sheree would often go with them on Sunday... and was greatly affected by her first visit of the center. "A medium was standing up in front of the audience giving them messages from their loved ones on the other side. I sat spellbound watching while some people were crying and others were happy," she described.

At fifteen, Sheree, her sister, mother, and stepfather, all relocated to America. Bronx, New York was their first home but they moved to New Jersey in the summer. She was treated to a school five minutes away as well as a popular crowd because of coming from England.

In high school, Sheree participated in plays and musicals, continuing a study of theater at the Cypress College. She moved out of the house at 21, and worked as a waitress until receiving an Associate's Degree and becoming a bank teller. "It paid the bills, but it was not very fulfilling work," she admitted.

Sheree got married at 26, and after attending a hypnosis lecture signed up for a workshop and became a certified hypnotherapist. She started a business in 1987, helping people from her home. "I loved it, and for the first time in my life I felt completely fulfilled."

She and her husband visited Sheree's father in England, where she returned to the SAGB and had a psychic reading. "The lady doing my reading picked up on the work I was doing and told me it was time for me to begin doing psychic readings also," Sheree revealed. Even though it made her nervous, she decided to give it a try... and as her confidence grew, her practice did expand. It kind of snowballed from there...

In 2001, Sheree was living in St. Augustine, Florida, with her two boys, Andrew and Justin. She had overcome a divorce and started a business with her new partner, Sam, called the Shiloh Spiritual Center, Inc., a nonprofit organization.
